IV. Precautions for use

Avoid surface friction: During installation and use, do not contact with other pipes to avoid friction cracking. When crossing or friction occurs during work, protective devices (such as hose clamps, springs) should be used.

Correct bending: When bending is required during use, the emergency bending radius should be avoided to be too small, which should generally be greater than 6 times the outer diameter of the pipe. At the same time, the radius from the joint to the straight bend section should also be greater than 6 times the outer diameter of the pipe.

Keep loose: When installing the high-pressure steel wire winding hose, it cannot be in a tensioned state, and there must be a certain length margin. When there is no relative movement between the two ends, the hose should also be kept loose.

Avoid deformation: During the installation process, the hose should be prevented from deformation. A slight twist of the hose may reduce its strength or loosen the joint.
